Introducing Glorianna - A Pattern with a purpose

We’re thrilled to share that the special competition pattern is called Glorianna, named as a nod to the indomitable Gloria Steinem.

The pattern will be available for purchase on Ravelry very soon, with proceeds going to support Picton, Otario's Food Bank.

And here’s the fun part: the pattern is under wraps until the competition begins! No early peeking allowed! It will not be distributed to anyone before 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 14th, when the Wooly Games officially get underway.

We can’t wait for everyone to see what our contestants will be creating!

You don’t have to be a contestant to be part of the Wooly Games. We want our whole community to get involved! 

Grab the pattern, then grab a kit and join in the knitting fun!

The Wooly Games will be live-streaming the event on the Rosehaven Yarn YouTube channel, where they’ll chat with the contestants, share the action, and bring you along for the fun.

There will be a collection box for food donations to our local Food Bank, and we’ll have information available for anyone who would like to contribute financially.
