Yes, we are currently open to in-person shopping on Wednesdays & Thursdays from 11am - 5pm, Fridays from 11am-8pm with Knit night from 6-8pm, and Saturdays from 11am - 4pm. *Some exceptions for Holidays.

Absolutely! We are open for porch pickup on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 11am - 5pm and Saturday from 11 am - 4 pm. When you are checking out, just choose the porch pickup option for your shipping. Once you receive a confirmation email that your order has been completed, it is ready for pickup!

Yes, we offer flat rate shipping of $17 (excluding oversized/overweight items) to the US.

Yes! We can definitely ship worldwide, but will need to get your shipping rate for you as we are unable to offer flat rates worldwide. Please contact us so we can quote this for you.

We have flat rate shipping in Canada ($15) and the US ($17). For the rest of the world, we will need to calculate your shipping rates. We also offer free shipping in Canada and the US for orders over $200 (before taxes).

Absolutely! If you have a project in mind and need a little help with some yarn inspiration, want help choosing the correct needles or hook, or just want to be able to see what we have in store, you can always book a virtual appointment. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as you discover this. We will do our best to ensure it is resolved satisfactorily. 

Unused yarn in new condition (that is complete balls/skeins with no odour, pet hair, etc.) that was purchased in the last 30 days may be returned, at the customer’s expense, for store credit.

All sales of patterns, books, and needles are final.

All sales of discounted yarns are final.

If you choose the notify when available button on the product page, you’ll automatically receive an email when it is restocked.

We may be able to order in what you are looking for if it is available from our suppliers. Please contact us (email: info@littleredmitten.ca) so we can check for you.

We only have pick ups two days a week for couriers, and your tracking number is created as soon as we pack your order. It won't show as active in the postal system until it is picked up by Canada Post. Please don't fret, just give it an extra day or two, and your tracking number will begin to track for you!
