Join us in the toy department! Enjoy 2 nights of creating a fuzzy lamb.  Learn seaming and shaping techniques, as well as how to assemble your little sheep.  Attach eyes and a mouth and watch it come to life!  This is an excellent foundation pattern to continue on with other seamed or seamless toys.

 Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with knitting, purling, increasing and decreasing.
  • This is considered an advanced pattern

Materials

  • Materials:
    • Worsted or light Aran yarn (approx 21/23yds) Yarn A
    • Worsted or light Aran yarn (approx 23/26yds) Yarn B
    • 4ply/fingering weight yarn for the clothes and shoes in 2 colours: Yarn C & Yarn D
    • Scraps of pink and black 4ply yarn for the eyes and nose
    • Toy stuffing
    • A tiny button

    Notions:
    • Knitting needles: A pair each of 3mm, 2.75mm and 2.5mm
    • Tapestry needle

Duration & Format

  • 2 in person classes (4 hours total)

 Additional Information

  • All classes require a minimum of 3 students so invite a friend to come with you!
  • In the event that the minimum is not met, you will receive an email notification 5 days before the class to notify you that the class has been rescheduled/cancelled.
  • In accordance with provincial guidelines, masks will not be mandatory. It will be left up to the individual teachers and students to decide if they want to wear one.
