Kids can crochet too! This beginner-friendly class is designed for kids who are ready to learn the basics of crochet in a fun, encouraging environment. Whether they’ve never picked up a hook before or have tried a few stitches already, we’ll help build confidence one stitch at a time!  

We are offering two class options: private one-on-one lessons with our instructor, or a small group class with 2–3 kids. For both options, it is helpful if a parent or trusted adult either already knows how to crochet or is able to sit in on the lesson/class. 

Topics covered include chaining, single crochet, working in the round, the magic circle, and other crochet fundamentals. The goal is to help students feel comfortable enough to start creating their own 3D crochet objects and animals. We will provide everything needed to get stitching! 

By the end of class, students will have the confidence to keep practicing and creating on their own!

 Materials

  • Class includes a crochet kit with tote bag, hook, yarn, and reference materials.

 Duration & Format

  • Private Lessons: $60/hour, one-on-one instruction with our instructor.

  • Small Group Class: $90/person and runs for 3 x 1-hour sessions. Group size is limited to 2–3 kids.
