Granny Square Seaming 5 Ways

Learn five ways to connect your crochet granny squares!  Angie will walk you through all five techniques of seaming.  You will be a seaming pro in no time!

- Invisible Sewn Seam
- Mattress Stitch
- Single Crochet Seam
- Flat Slip Stitch Seam
- Zig Zag Slip Stitch Seam

 Requirements

  • Students should be comfortable creating chains, single crochet, and double crochet, and making granny squares.  This is the next step on your granny square journey!

 Materials to bring to class

  • - 6 granny squares would be great
    - Darning needle
    - Spare yarn in the same weight as granny squares.
    - Hook used for the granny squares you are bringing
    - Stitch markers, 24 would be ideal (for each corner of your 6 squares), minimum of 2 required

  • Reminder: Students receive a 10% discount on class materials and most other in-store purchases on their class day.

 Duration & Format

  • 1 x 2.5 hour session

Additional Information

  • All classes require a minimum of 3 students so invite a friend to come with you!
  • In the event that the minimum is not met, you will receive an email notification 5 days before the class to notify you that the class has been rescheduled/cancelled.
