This base is tough enough for socks but drapey and soft for a garment or shawl. Frankly, you wouldn't know it's a sock yarn.

Care: Hand-wash in cool water using a wool specific wash. Dry flat.
This yarn is machine washable. However, we suggest you hand wash in cool water with a no rinse wool wash. Life is short so I throw my socks in the machine!
Our yarns are dyed in a manner to avoid pooling. When working with more than one skein, we suggest you alternate skeins for best results.
Great care is taken to ensure consistency from one batch to another. Due to the nature of hand dyed yarn colours can vary from one batch to another and within the same pot. Please ensure you purchase enough yarn for your project.
