We process online orders during regular shop hours and endeavour to send them out the same day.
We know how important it is to match dye lots and we realize that the yarns you are ordering may be intended for use together in a single project. If we are unable to fill your complete order, we will contact you by email to confirm your wishes.
Shipping is normally provided through Canada Post. For customers in Canada and the USA, the cost is calculated at the time of purchase and is included in your final purchase price. If you have any special shipping requests, please include these in the notes on your order.
We reserve the right to review shipping costs prior to finalizing your order. If there is a significant difference between the estimate given and the actual costs, we will contact you by phone or email to ensure this is handled satisfactory.
Large or heavy items, such as looms and wheels, must be ordered by phone or email as we will need to verify price, availability, delivery time and cost. These items often need to be ordered from our supplier and may be drop shipped to you. We will provide you with all of this information prior to processing your order.
USA customers are responsible for any applicable brokerage fees, duty and taxes.
