Felted Slippers with Louise Class #2
In this class, we'll be making the lovely Duffers by Mindie Tallack to create a comfortable felted slipper that you can make for everyone in your family!
Louise will walk you through Judy's Magic Cast-on, as well as knitting the slippers in the round, and finishing them. Then the magic will occur when you felt them to make a comfy, cozy slipper that is perfect to keep for yourself, or to give as a Christmas gift. The pattern used in this class can be purchased in-store.
Please bring to class: 8.00 mm Needles (DPNs or circular with a 40” cable if you are working in magic loop – please note if you wish to work in magic loop you must already be familiar with this method as it will not be taught in this class), 400m worsted weight feltable yarn.
Prerequisites: Must be comfortable knitting and purling
